We here at GRH recognize that the COVID-19 outbreak has required us all to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. We are working to ensure that our properties meet the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization on hygiene and cleaning.
We have implemented a policy during this outbreak that none of our staff, housekeepers, nor vendors are to enter any of our properties if they feel ill.
Our Housekeepers are property trained to keeping our properties clean and sanitized:
Hand Washing Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. It’s important for our team's health and that of our guests.
Cleaning High Traffic Areas: Housekeeping is taking extra precautions with having all high traffic areas such as tv remotes, door knobs, handles, light switches and all other high-touch related areas be properly sanitized.
Cleaning Products: We use solutions that kill 99.99% of viruses and germs. Detergent and bleach for our linens.
Properties: Our Housekeepers use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean properties after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
Outdoor Spaces: For our groundskeepers, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in our common area spaces, pools and hot tubs.
The wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. We are open for business and hope this situation will get better soon, we are doing our due diligence to help decrease the spread of the Covid-19.
